About every 18 months of AMB-Gabon flight operations, we burn through 16,000 liters of aviation 100 low-lead fuel, known as "Av-Gas.
There are three main parts to the purchase of a batch of 80 drums:
PART ONE: Buying & Shipping the Av-Gas
PART TWO: Import Costs
PART THREE: In-Country Transports
THE GOOD NEWS:
PART ONE PAID FOR!!!

THE CHALLENGING NEWS:
Due to the current international situation, PART ONE was about $9000 more than last year!
Meaning...
WE NEED YOUR HELP with the next two parts...
ESTIMATED NEED: Approximately $20,000 USD.
Note: The AMB Gabon team, notably, our business agent, Amos, works VERY hard with our Alliance church leadership to ask the government and port agencies to exonerate us from any possible fees since we are a non-profit, public charity. So, we pray that the costs will not be as much as $20,000 (or over), but they have been in that ballpark in the past.
